A few months after Sam was born, Noah randomly began blinking.... constantly. Luckily, it lasted just a few days, and was gone. Until last week, when it started back. The doctor saw him doing it while we were there for a recheck of his double ear infection and told me that it was a tic. He assured me that it will go away, but in the meantime - it breaks my heart! I can't help but just want to hug him all day long!

Hopefully it will go away soon. Until then, we were told to completely ignore it. Has anyone else had experience with a their child having a tic?

I have a tick in my right eye that comes out when I'm over tired or stressed. You should have seen it when C was first born!! It really isn't too noticeable and just feels like the muscles are tightening around my eye. Hard to explain, but at least you know he's not in pain!
He will out grow it. Hoppi
I did some research. Called a transient tic. Common in 2 year olds. Says don't say anything to child about and tell teachers not to mention either. Will go away. Said can be related to stress such as a new child. Love. Hoppi
